2443 1990-91 1067 Llin Golding 1991-07-03 That this House condemns the disgraceful action of the West Dorset Community Health National Health Service Trust in advertising a post for a Senior 1 Physiotherapist below the Whitley rates and conditions; further notes that the Trust terms offered increased hours without additional pay, reduced annual and sick leave, abolished clothing allowance and linked annual pay increases to performance criteria only; and calls on the Secretary of State to immediately instruct all trusts to stand by the undertaking given to this House that Whitley terms and conditions nationally agreed would be adhered to and furthermore prevent Health Service trusts cutting wages of National Health Service professional staff.
