<text>That this House regrets the anti-semitic remarks alleged to have been made by the prospective Conservative candidate for Birmingham, Small Heath about the prospective Labour candidate for that constituency; also deplores a similar incident involving another member of the Birmingham, Small Heath Conservative party; invites the Commission for Racial Equality to investigate these matters; and calls upon the Prime Minister, as Leader of the Conservative Party, to ensure that the affairs of Birmingham, Small Heath Conservative Party are thoroughly investigated and that appropriate action is taken.</text>
