<title>Conduct Of The Honourable Member For Tayside North</title>
<proposer id="10628">Andrew Welsh</proposer>
<date>1991-02-13</date>
<text>That this House wonders if the sensitivity of the honourable Member for North Tayside to the use of House of Commons stationery arises from the case immediately prior to the district council elections in 1988 in which the honourable Member had to pay up for misusing House of Commons stationery for blatant electioneering purposes; and expresses its sympathy to the honourable Member in his current pre-General Election panic.</text>
