Benazir Bhutto

That this House congratulates Benazir Bhutto on her election for a second term as Prime Minister of Pakistan; wishes her Government every success in tackling Pakistan's daunting economic and social poblems and in securing the right of self-determination for the people of Kashmir; and believes the elections to the Pakistan National Assembly on 6th October and to provincial assemblies on 9th October, universally declared to be free and fair by national and international monitoring agencies, demonstrate that parliamentary democracy has been restored fully in Pakistan.
