Family Homes And Domestic Violence Bill

That this House deplores the dropping of the Family Homes and Domestic Violence Bill; believes that the proposals in the Bill had received a careful scrutiny from the Law Commissioners and the Lord Chancellor's Department; and calls on the Government to reintroduce the Bill as soon as possible in the next Parliamentary session.
