Review Of Hosepipe Legislation
Brian H Donohoe
2006-06-29
That this House welcomes the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs' announcement of a review of current hosepipe ban legislation and the widespread consultation promised during the review process; and recognises the potential benefits to the gardening industry of the removal of some of the more outdated aspects of the current legislation, which means that industry is disproportionately disadvantaged by the imposition of bans as they currently stand.
