Visit To Britain By President De Klerk

That this House welcomes the visit to Britain by President de Klerk of South Africa; applauds his recent initiatives of reform, including the recent desegregation of hospitals; acknowledges his foresight and courage in seeking wider representation for all citizens; and encourages the Prime Minister to continue Her Majesty's Government's policy of relaxation of sanctions.
