Mr Charles Bester

That this House warmly congratulates Charles Bester, who is a Christian prisoner of conscience in South Africa, on reaching his 20th birthday; further congratulates him on his peaceful opposition to apartheid; and calls upon the South African authorities to release him and all others who for religious reasons refuse to serve in the South African Defence Forces.
