Salary Awards For Chairpersons Of Health Boards

That this House deplores the payment of salary increases, ranging from 20 per cent. to 25 per cent., to the chairpersons of health boards as reward for the expediency with which they have effected the decimation of the National Health Service through the devastating cutbacks that their boards have made to services.
