Leave out from 'notes' to end and add 'with satisfaction that the suckler cow premium has been increased for producers in less favoured areas to the maximum possible and that this will be worth about ú8 million to the industry as a whole and that the advance payments under the sheep annual premium scheme amounting in total to ú4.85 per eligible ewe have been agreed.'.
