At end add 'and notes that Keir Hardie helped to found the Independent Labour Party as a stage to the building of the Labour Party itself at a conference in Bradford on 14th January 1893; and believes that a ceremony at which the bust is placed in the Members' Lobby should be held on the centenary of that founding conference.'.
