Leave out from 'Palestinian' to end and add 'Arab violence; and calls upon the various parties to the Middle East dispute to begin immediate negotiations for free and fair elections on the West Bank and in Gaza, in accordance with the Shamir-Rabin plan, as developed by President Mubarak and Secretary of State James Baker.'.
