British Airways Investment In Cardiff Wales Airport

That this House welcomes British Airways' announcement on Monday 8th January of its intention, subject to financial support from the Government, to construct a new ú60 million aircraft maintenance base at Cardiff Wales airport, thereby providing not only 1,300 new jobs, but highly skilled engineering jobs of the kind that the whole of Wales has been crying out for over the past ten years.
