Leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recognises that the unbanning of the African National Congress and the promised release of Nelson Mandela, after 27 years in prison, marks a historic turning point and is the clearest proof of the white white government's retreat in the face of mounting defiance by the black workers and youth of South Africa; and looks forward to the wealth and power of the capitalists, and the privileges of the whites, built on 300 years of enslavement of the black majority, being ended by a transition to a genuine, socialist democracy.'.
