Job Clubs Control

EDM number 622 in 1989-90, proposed by Alan Meale on 28/02/1990.

That this House believes that an inspectorate, independent of government, should be established to investigate job clubs, with a view to establishing that those who job clubs claim have been found a job do in fact have a job, and further to investigate that job clubs are not being used to massage the employment figures.
