Dewsbury Health Authority

That this House deplores the decision of Dewsbury Health Authority to close its Outpatients' Department on Wednesday 28th February in order to facilitate the visit of the Prime Minister; and deprecates the Health Authority's priorities of putting the visit of the Prime Minister before the needs of patients.
