Redbridge Council Rents

That this House is appalled by Redbridge Council's proposed average rent increase of ú15.64 per week; notes that this follows a vote by tenants against transfer from the council to another landlord; and calls on the honourable Members for Ilford North and Ilford South, together with the Secretary of State for the Environment, to stop this vindictive action.
