Self-Determination For Kashmir (No. 2)

EDM number 645 in 1989-90, proposed by Bill Michie on 01/03/1990.

That this House views with grave concern the recent violence, leading to much bloodshed, in that part of Kashmir which is incorporated in India; and urges Her Majesty's Government to use all diplomatic means to secure the implementation of the United Nations resolutions calling for self-determination, through a plebiscite, for all the people of Kashmir.
