Leave out from 'Wales' to end and add 'because of the total ineffectiveness of the Opposition, even when they choose the subject for debate, as on 14th March, being long winded, bringing forward bogus points of order and using disruptive tactics which misfire and fail miserably; and calls on the Opposition to get their act together in the interests of proper discussion of matters relating to the people of Wales.'.
