Inverclyde Pub Watch

That this House warmly congratulates the officers of X Division, Strathclyde Police and the local publicans of Inverclyde for the creation and operation of what is now immensely successful Pub Watch Scheme; and commends this most useful of initiatives to those communities who are without such a facility at this time.
