That this House notes with interest the statement by the Secretary of State for Scotland on independent radio on the 21st March that 'Teddy Taylor abandoned Scotland ten years ago', and wonders why, if this is how the honourable Member for Southend East is regarded by the Scottish ministerial team, he has been recruited by the honourable Member for Stirling to administer life support to the Tory party north of the border.
