leave out from 'with' to end and add 'satisfaction that the Prime Minister opened the Harris City Technology College, Croydon, on Wednesday,3rd July and subsequently gave a keynote education lecture to the Centre for Policy Studies on that day; notes that in common with all CTCs the Harris CTC focuses on technical education and is supported by private enterprise; notes also that 2,000 parents turned up there for a prospective parents' evening and that nationally there have been over 8,000 applications for the 2,000 CTC places available this September; congratulates all prospective and current parents and pupils of CTCs for correctly identifying what CTCs have to offer, namely, high standards of work, attendance and aspiration; and thanks Sir Philip Harris and other sponsors for their far-sighted and generous initiative, and the Prime Minister for his outstanding speech.'.
