Labelling Of Aerosol Containers

EDM number 1101 in 1990-91, proposed by Elizabeth Peacock on 10/07/1991.

That this House, recognising the many dangers of substances contained in aerosol containers, particularly in regard to young people `sniffing', calls upon Her Majesty's Government to take immediate action to introduce legislation requiring a statutory warning notice to be prominently included in the labelling of all aerosol containers sold in Britain.
