Drink Driving

EDM number 217 in 1990-91, proposed by Peter Bottomley on 11/12/1990.

That this House believes the most effective ways to reduce drink driving are for hosts to have openly available a range of alcohol-free and very low alcohol drinks, for passengers to ensure they are driven only by drivers who have stayed off alcohol and for drivers to decide in advance whether to drive or to take alcohol.

This motion has been signed by a total of 6 MPs.
