leave out, from 'House' to end and add'commends the policy of Northern Ireland Electricity of sampling coal from Colombia, the United States of America, South Africa and Australia; acknowledges the responsibility which Northern Ireland Electricity has to its customers, domestic and industrial, currently using the most expensive electricity in the United Kingdom, and the need to augment the existing excellent contract with British Coal with alternative sources of competitively priced coal for Northern Ireland power stations which will help reduce elctricity costs to all its customers; and believes that stability of employment for South African miners will help their leaders achieve better terms and conditions of service and assist Mr de Klerk to make further progress in his efforts to dismantle apartheid in South Africa. '.
