The London Institute And Access Funds

EDM number 378 in 1990-91, proposed by Clive Soley on 29/01/1991.

That this House is appalled to hear that the London Institute is terminating the education of students who are unable to pay their fees while the Institute has been unable or unwilling to allocate the access funds which were given to the Institute to prevent hardship; and calls for an investigation into the Institute's use and administration of the access funds.

This motion has been signed by a total of 23 MPs.
