Buildings At Risk In London

That this House notes the survey by English Heritage which identified 945 historic listed buildings at risk in London; agrees with the Chairman of English Heritage that this represents the vandalism of neglect; deplores Her Majesty's Governments failure to tackle this crisis; and calls upon the Minister for the Arts to set up an audit of historic listed buildings in London to determine the scale of restoration costs.
