EDM number 682A1 in 1990-91, proposed by Teresa Gorman on 16/05/1991.

Leave out from 'House' to end and insert 'believes that working women should be allowed to make their own decisions on help in the home, through the market, which vary from family to family; notes that the Government has given a lead on tax relief by making workplace nurseries tax deductible; and urges the government to expand this provision so that all working women can offset the cost of ancillary help in the home, whether for children or elderly people against their gross earnings.'.
