leave out from 'House' to end and add 'welcomes the fact that as a consequence of Israeli confidence-building measures Palestinian educational institutions, some of which were intermittently closed during the Intifada, are now functioning normally in the West Bank and Gaza Strip; and notes that the Israeli authorities have greatly expanded Palestinian education opportunities at all levels since 1967, including the higher education sector, which did not exist in the West Bank under Jordanian rule.'.
