European Community Summit In Edinburgh

That this House congratulates the Prime Minister and the Government on their decision to hold the important and historic European Community 1992 summit meeting in Edinburgh; and believes this is a clear demonstration of the importance which the Government places on the unique contribution which Scotland makes to the international standing of the United Kingdom.
