That this House believes that the rights of social security claimants will be seriously eroded by the statutory instrument presently being considered by the Social Security Advisory Committee and entitled Social Security (Adjudication) Amendment Regulations 1991; and believes that these amendment regulations should be debated in full and should be annulled to ensure the rights of social security claimants as detailed under Regulation 72 of the Social Security Adjudication Regulations 1986 are retained in full.
