EDM number 914 in 1990-91, proposed by Colin Shepherd on 05/06/1991.

That this House congratulates Her Majesty's Government on its success in achieving a continuation of the moratorium on commercial whaling; believes that such a moratorium should continue to be renewed; believes that protection should be extended to all small cetaceans; and expresses a fervent hope that Iceland will recognise the strength of world opinion and reconsider its intention to resume this inhumane activity.

This motion has been signed by a total of 30 MPs.
