at end add 'furthermore deplores the cuts of ú59.3 million between 1986-87 and 1991-92 from Government funding for sport through grant-in-aid to the sports councils and support for sport through the Urban Programme; and believes that this sorry record might explain why every debate on sporting matters in this House since December 1990 and throughout the year of sport 1991 has been initiated by the Labour Party.'.
