leave out from 'Culham' to end and add 'notes the electricity generated was for two seconds only at a cost of more than ú750 million; and is concerned that widespread use of nuclear fusion would inevitably produce great volumes of radioactive waste and would greatly increase the proliferation of nuclear weapon materials and that the process is unlikely to be of any practical value for many decades.'.
