Conduct Of The Hon Member For West Lancashire

That this House condemns the failure of the honourable Member for West Lancashire to persuade the New Towns Commission to reduce the job-crippling rent rises for businesses in Skelmersdale; and notes the "disgust" being expressed by local businessmen that their local Member of Parliament has not done anything to assist them despite many fine words and promises.
