EDM number 149 in 1991-92, proposed by Rhodri Morgan on 13/11/1991.

That this House is concerned that the Welsh Development Agency gave a grant of ú3,000 to the OPUS Group of Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, while its sole principals were Philip Morgan, who was employed in a senior capacity by the Agency, and his wife, for services rendered in searching for and appointing a personnel manager for NACAM Ltd. of the Rassau Industrial Estate, Blaenau, Gwent; and urges the Secretary of State to issue new and firmer guidelines on conflicts of interest to the Welsh Development Agency.

This motion has been signed by a total of 20 MPs.
