SCREENING BY THE BBC OF THE PROGRAMME 'MONOCHROME MAN'

That this House condemns the decision of the BBC to screen the programme Monochrome Man, containing as it does film made by Dennis Nilsen of his victims; regrets the distress that this will cause relatives of his victims; and urges the BBC to reverse its decision.
