Brook Advisory Clinic In Northern Ireland;amdt. Line 1:

EDM number 333A3 in 1991-92, proposed by Martin Smyth on 16/12/1991.

leave out from 'House' to end and add 'recognising the needs of young people in Northern Ireland for advice about sexuality and personal relationships, and the widespread concern from parents, doctors, churches and teachers throughout the Northern Ireland community that such advice should encourage abstinence from sexual relations before marriage and fidelity within marriage, believes that given the practice of the Brook Advisory Centres in the rest of the United Kingdom the proposed Brook Advisory Centre in Belfast would not follow this responsible approach; and calls on the Eastern Health Board to reconsider their support for that centre.'
