Christmas Bonus;amdt. Line 3:

EDM number 352A2 in 1991-92, proposed by Alun Michael on 10/12/1991.

at end add `and also recognises that a more generous Christmas bonus would be no real substitute for a decent level of pension and recognises that it is the deliberate action of the present Conservative Government in ending Labour's earnings link since 1980 that has suppressed the value of the pension by ú20.50 per week for a couple and ú12.80 for a single pensioner.'.
