Parish Councils

EDM number 39 in 1991-92, proposed by Ronnie Fearn on 31/10/1991.

That this House recognises the value of, and contribution to, local life made by parish councils; welcomes the formation of the Local Government Reform Group whose all party aim is to help those who do not have parish councils to obtain them; and wishes the group well in its endeavours.
