leave out from 'considers' to end and add 'that in a democracy the Chairman of the Leeds General Infirmary National Health Service Trust is fully entitled to choose the method of treatment he desires bearing in mind that by having treatment in a private hospital he releases a bed in the Trust hospital for someone else's use; and notes that as always socialists wish to remove freedom of choice from individuals.'.
