NORTHERN TELECOM'S ELIMINATION OF CFC USE

That this House congratulates the international company Northern Telecom on the elimination of CFC-113 solvents from all 42 of their manufacturing and research centres, making both a substantial saving in their production costs and a valuable reduction in the depletion of the earth's ozone layer.
