That this House congratulates the Otley Peace Action Group for its persistent campaign against the United States National Security Agency international phone-tapping and satellite communications centre at Menwith Hill; believes this centre to be part of a continuing threat to peace, and an intrusion into a rural area never authorised by Parliament; and urges the members of the Otley Peace Action Group to maintain their campaign to provide public information about this unwarranted establishment.
