Performance Related Pay In Government Related Organisations

EDM number 807 in 1991-92, proposed by Dawn Primarolo on 04/03/1992.

That this House views with concern the pressure applied by Her Majesty's Government on non-departmental bodies and other grant-aided organisations to introduce so called performance related pay; notes that there is no evidence to suggest that performance related pay improves performance; and calls upon Her Majesty's Government to desist from requiring non-departmental and grant-aided bodies from introducing performance related pay systems.

This motion has been signed by a total of 30 MPs.
