Des Seminars

That this House notes with regret that the Department of Education and Science has arranged regionally-based seminars covering key educational issues for members of training and enterprise councils and has not invited local education authorities to participate; and calls upon the Government to ensure that local education authorities are offered a full and continuing role in the planning and delivery of education in this country.
