EDM number 825 in 1991-92, proposed by Jeremy Corbyn on 06/03/1992.
That this House deeply regrets the unveiling of the latest Trident submarine; believes nuclear weapons to be unsafe and immoral; supports the campaign to end the nuclear programme, de-commission existing missiles and make Britain nuclear free; and further demands that all those employed in nuclear weapons research and deployment be provided with socially useful work.
