Lord Roskill, Lord Justice Lawton And Mr Justice Boreham

EDM number 102 in 1992-93, proposed by Chris Mullin on 20/05/1992.

That this House notes the role of Lord Roskill, Lord Lawton and Mr Justice Boreham in the 11 wrongful convictions arising from the Guildford and Woolwich pub bombings; and is concerned that the abandonment of Sir John May's inquiry into the wrongful convictions will mean that they will not be able to explain their role in sustaining the convictions.

This motion has been signed by a total of 22 MPs.
