That this House is pleased to note the most recent theatrical production at the White Bear Pub Theatre, Kennington, 'Man with Swallow', a new play by Richard Parsons, directed by Martin Starkie and performed by Elephant Theatre; recognises the value of pub theatre in portraying the arts; and calls upon the Secretary of State for National Heritage to ensure adequate funding for small theatrical groups and writers.
