Televised Pornography And Video Telephones

That this House records with considerable anger that due to government incompetence a loophole exists in United Kingdom legislation which allows hard pornography to be transmitted to British television screens from the continent of Europe; observes that an equally unacceptable situation will arise with the introduction of video telephones; and therefore urges vigilance upon Her Majesty's Government and the need to take firm preventive action in this matter.
