Inauguration Of President Clinton

That this House warmly welcomes the inauguration of President Clinton and wishes his administration well for its term of office; welcomes the reference in his impressive inauguration address to United States support internationally for movements for freedom and democracy; and further welcomes the determination of Vice-President Gore to develop policies based on the fundamental importance of environmental sustainability.
